What time is check-in?
Reception is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
When is checkout time?
It's 11:00.
Can I check in early?

Can I check out late?
Please note that we are unable to accommodate late check-outs due to cleaning arrangements.
Is there parking available?
Next to the main house there is a parking space for one light vehicle (including welfare vehicles).
There are four spaces on the premises.
Please contact us if you have more than 5 units.
*In winter (December to March), please be sure to bring 4WD with studless tires.

以下に、屋外から室内までの動線に沿ってご説明いたします。
1. 屋外から屋内への移動
建物に隣接する専用駐車場（幅4m × 奥行き6.1m）は、車いす仕様車 HONDA「N-BOX」 を基準に設計されています。駐車スペースからスロープを通って、引き戸玄関（LIXILエルムーブ2／開口幅837mm）までスムーズにアクセス可能です。
＊お帰りの際は、敷地内で転回してから坂を下ることも可能ですが運転技術が必要です。なお、オーナーは普段そのままバックで坂を下っています。
2. 玄関から屋内へ
屋内でもそのままご自身の車いすをご利用いただけるよう、車いす車輪用カバー を玄関左手のフックにご用意しています。カバーの装着方法については、こちらの動画をご参照ください。
※車いす本体の貸出は行っておりませんので、ご了承ください。3. 土間エリアから居住空間（ダイニング・和室など）への移動
一段高くなっているダイニング・和室などへの移動には、収納式スロープ（耐荷重300kg、電動車いす対応） をご利用いただけます。
操作はとても簡単です：① 床下からスロープを引き出す② 所定位置にセット③ 固定用のネジを落とす（工具不要）

ダイニング、和室（2部屋）、縁側、洗面所、トイレ、浴室まで、すべてバリアフリーで移動可能です。安心してお過ごしください。
Can I tour the facility?
Our property is a private rental villa, different from a hotel or traditional inn.
As such, it is a fully reserved space for our guests, and we place the utmost importance on protecting their privacy.
Entering the premises without permission, peering into the building,
or standing on nearby roads to observe the property for an extended time
may cause discomfort to those currently staying with us.
We strive to provide a space where guests can relax in peace, just like at home.
We kindly ask for your consideration and respect toward those enjoying their quiet stay.
If you are interested in viewing the building, please be sure to contact us in advance.
Do you have all the necessary seasonings for cooking?
Yes, we have salt, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, rice oil, olive oil, mirin, cooking sake, miso, powdered dashi, wine vinegar, rock salt, and pepper available. You can come empty-handed and still enjoy cooking with peace of mind.
Are all the cooking utensils provided?
Yes, we provide everything you need: three cutting boards (large and small), two knives (one large, one small), kitchen scissors, a deep pot, a shallow pot, frying pans (large, medium, and small), pots (medium and small), mixing bowls (large, medium, and small), colanders (large, medium, and small), dishcloths, a spatula, two ladles, tongs, a silicone spatula, four pairs of cooking chopsticks, paper towels, measuring spoons, a peeler, a grater, a miso strainer spoon, a wine opener, and two coffee drip sets.
You can arrive empty-handed and still enjoy cooking with ease.
Are coffee and tea available?
Yes, we provide coffee beans, 7 tea bags of black tea, and 7 tea bags of Japanese tea.
