The Seven Herbs of Spring, As They Grow in the Wild

In late February, we gathered at OMOYA Soryo with botanist Dr. Yukitoshi Ito to learn how to identify the Seven Herbs of Spring growing in the wild.

The smallest flower of spring, Setsubun grass, will be revealed to the public from February 21st.
